Client area accountYou are responsible for maintaining the security of your client area account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must immediately notify the Operator of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other security breaches. The Operator will not be liable for any acts or omissions by You, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
Payments and refundsThe Site offers products and services for sale. The Site does not handle payments for these products directly but instead refers these payments to a secure third-party payment processor that handles all payment process aspects. Any payment issues or disputes should be resolved directly with the payment processor. Once we have been notified by the payment processor that a payment has been made, and that the payment has successfully passed a fraud review, we will provide the service being purchased as soon as possible, however, we make no guarantees of timeliness or immediacy. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 14 days of the payment/service provided, mentioning the reason. We process refunds after a short review period of 1-2 business days.
Hack recovery serviceIf you purchase our hack recovery service, some files/software on your site may be modified, removed, added, or updated as part of the recovery, repair, and security enhancement process. We make every effort to ensure the site runs as usual with minimal downtime, secure for the best. Additionally, if your site is blacklisted, we will submit your site for blacklist review to the corresponding authority.
Disclaimer of warrantiesIf at any time during the Service Term, you request for service or services provided by Operator, Operator will use reasonable commercial efforts to provide the support you requested for. If the Operator is unable, for any reason, to provide the service you requested, Operator will, as its sole and exclusive remedy, refund you the fee you paid to the Operator for the service/services you requested. For security-related services, when you followed our recommendations and suggestions, such
- (A) Don't install a pirated plugin
- (B) Keep the theme, plugin, and wp core up to date
- (C) Migrate your website to a better hosting provider.
- (D) Don't host other "non-secure" websites on the same control panel.
- (A) The service will prevent the infection or re-infection of the covered websites;
- (B) The covered website will operate after Operator has been recovered;
- (C) The service will be secure or available at any particular location;
- (D) Any defects or error happened by the hack will be corrected;
